The survey result as a reliable guide welcomes Wilm Denker, vice-chairman of Gantermarketing. "The rent levels provides entrepreneurs with confidence: If you know what the averages, you can compare themselves," says Denker, pointing out that benefit not only tenants but also the landlord of commercial premises of the survey results. "Conversely, the rent level is also a guide to landlord. You can better estimate what your property is worth exactly. So there are some security." The same is true for potential entrepreneurs who move Ganderkesee as a location for their business into consideration.
